Dr. Jannatul Ferdous is serving as an Associate Professor at the Department of Public Administration, Comilla University, Bangladesh, and Chairman of the Centre for Governance and Public Research (CGPR). Dr. Ferdous received her bachelor’s, master’s, and MPhil in Public Administration from the University of Dhaka. She has a Ph.D. in Development Studies. Dr. Ferdous contributed extensively to refereed journals and chapters in books. She has published ten books. Her current interests include governance, e-governance, trust, civil service system, gender, public policy, climate change, and development.
